5 Minute Sirloin Steak with Mushrooms


Marinade sirloin steak with this mixture overnight. Freeze it if you're not going to make it right away:
  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of honey 
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley 
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
Add the meat, marinade, and one pack of clean sliced mushrooms into a programmable pressure cooker. Cook for 20 minutes. I always slice the meat at an angle and then add it back into the sauce so that it soaks up the sauce. Also, this way I don't have to cut my steak when I'm eating. Serve with a side of rice for carb day or a side of veggies on non-carb day.
